What is it and how does it help?
Mums Matter supports mums to manage the everyday, nurture themselves and dispel the many myths of motherhood. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. The course is run at the Subud Hall in Brecon.
Mums Matter courses are delivered during term times, up to six weekly free sessions in a relaxed and friendly environment, with new mums experiencing the same feelings. ‘Little Cwtch’ provides a free creche to give you the space and time you need to work through different themes and gain tools and skills to help you feel yourself again.
