We are currently delivering 2 wellbeing workshops to groups of 10 pupils at Brecon High School on Fridays during term times. These workshops cover a range of topics including stress, anxiety, self-esteem, sleep, low mood and more. Topics are chosen by the group on the first session to ensure they are useful and meaningful to pupils.

Drinks and biscuits are provided.

Pupils are being identified by year heads for the workshops, pupils then decide if they would like take part.

There are also mindful walks at lunchtime, open to all Brecon High School pupils.

How can I access the service?

Just turn up to Lunchtime walks, meet at reception every Friday at 2pm.

Speak to your PGM (year head) to join a 6-week wellbeing group.

Is there a cost?
