Can you help us win funding for Green Minds?

We’re asking for your help to make a real difference.

Mind is applying for People & Places funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to help grow and sustain our Green Minds project and we need 100 people to complete a short survey to support our application.

Your feedback will help us show the value of Green Minds, strengthen our funding application, and ensure we can continue offering meaningful nature-based activities that promote wellbeing and connection.

What Is Green Minds?

Green Minds offers a range of nature-based activities designed to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing — and to help people reconnect with the natural world.

Our activities include:

Weekly community gardening sessions – relaxed, welcoming drop-ins where everyone can get involved.

Walk and Talk sessions – informal meet-ups at beautiful local spots in and around Brecon.

Six-week nature connection programmes – exploring environmental art, mindfulness and movement in nature.

Green Minds is open to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing or reconnect with nature. You can refer yourself directly or be referred by a GP, mental health practitioner, support worker, or social prescriber.

Have Your Say

If you’ve ever taken part in Green Minds — or simply believe in the power of nature to support wellbeing — please take a few minutes to share your views. Your voice could help shape the future of Green Minds and ensure it continues to thrive.
