A Space for Grief, Healing & Hope – Events for National Grief Awareness Week

Grief is a natural, human response to loss, yet it can be one of life’s most isolating and overwhelming experiences. Whether the loss is recent or long ago, it can surface in many ways and at unexpected times. At Brecon & District Mind, we believe no one should have to navigate grief alone. We provide space for understanding, healing, and connection through our regular Bereavement Support Group and counselling services, available to anyone who needs extra support at any stage of their journey.

As part of National Grief Awareness Week, we’re hosting A Space for Grief, Healing & Hope – three gentle, thoughtful sessions exploring grief, loss, and recovery. Whether you’re a professional, volunteer, carer, someone who’s been bereaved, or simply wish to better understand and support others, you are warmly welcome to attend.
