Please complete the self-referral application form and email it to support@breconmind.org.uk

We will try to contact you as quickly as we can to arrange the right support for you. Please try to provide as much information about your situation as possible, the more information we have, the better our response can be.

Our office (situated within the Wellbeing Centre)  is open between 1pm and 4pm Monday to Friday. If you need to see someone in person it is best to call ahead and make an appointment, if possible.
