Supported Self-Help

Anyone over 18 in Wales can sign up to Supported Self-Help themselves, or through their GP or another health professional. Each week, a Support Practitioner will send information and workbooks and call to offer support and guidance.

Great news! The Supported Self-Help programme is open for referrals. Follow the link below to the sign-up page on Mind Cymru’s website. Contact us today and within a week, we’ll be in touch to design a programme of support that’s right for you.
