Our Legal Structure
As a local Mind, we are an independent charity, although we’re part of the wider Mind network. We raise our own funds locally and work closely with the communities we serve.
Brecon & District Mind is an independent Charity (Registered Number 1145211).
We are also registered with Companies House (Number 07814000).
As part of the network of around 100 local Minds, Mind and Mind Cymru we link local issues into national campaigns and draw on expertise and learning from the wider Mind network.
We also work towards the Mind Quality Mark (MQM), which ensures high quality of our work and the organisation.
