Wellbeing support allows you to talk a practitioner quickly. We have a fantastic team of wellbeing practitioners who can get in touch with you either over the phone or face to face, most conversations start with discussing what matters to you and what support you think will be most beneficial.

No matter the issue, talking to someone about it can normally help. Our wellbeing practitioners are here to listen and discuss what matters to you. Contact us today or use our self referral page and one of our staff members will be in touch to discuss support.

Wellbeing Walk-Ins

We’ve recently introduced dedicated wellbeing walk-in times at our centre, meaning you can drop in and speak with a wellbeing practitioner on a 1:1 basis. These sessions are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis (no bookings) and are not meant as crisis support (for urgent mental health care, please call 111, option 2). 

These are available; Monday 2-4pm, Wednesday 11am-12pm, Thursday 4-6pm and Friday 10-11am.
