General Information

Well-being support offers you a chance to talk to someone 1 to 1 quickly. We have a fantastic team of well-being practitioners who can get in touch with you either over the phone or face to face, most conversations start with discussing what matters to you and what support you think will improve your mental health, we can then arrange on going support with a well-being practitioner or, if necessary, refer you into another of our services

How Can it Help?

The well-being service at Brecon and District Mind offers quick access to one of our trained practitioners to “Help me at a time that I need to enable me to manage my mental health and well-being.” With 1:1 sessions, face to face or by Zoom/Phone we can talk through “What Matters” and together establish a pathway for support through the well-being service or through other services at Brecon Mind.
