Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Mind A-Z

For more than 60 years Mind has worked to improve the lives of all people with experience of mental health problems. Through public campaigns, government lobbying and more than 1,000 services our local Minds have delivered in communities across England and Wales, we have touched millions of lives.

Our local Minds, such as Brecon and District Mind,  support over 400,000 people across England and Wales.

There are a range of specific publications in booklet form, provided by Mind, that are available in the Ty Croeso at Brecon. You can also access them online at the National Mind Website.

Additionally National Mind offers a range of online telephone support

The team provides information on a range of topics including:

  • types of mental health problem
