There is no need to visit your GP, contact us directly on 01874 611529 to refer yourself

Important Information

Please be aware that counselling is a fee paying service. After an initial six free sessions,  each further 50 minute session will be charged at a rate of £20 per session.

There is a waiting list to see counsellors , which is currently about 8 weeks (August 2021). However we can provide ongoing wellbeing support in the interim if you need support while you wait.
